Truthan's Aircraft Expense System's Flying Club page is dedicated to flying clubs. Record:
  • Each member's name
  • Medical date
  • Biennial Flight Review (BFR)
  • Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC formerly ICC)

If your club is lucky enough to have two or more aircraft, it allows your club to track who has been checked out in each aircraft. By recording the medical, BFR and IPC dates, all club members can be sure that no single member is jeopardizing the club aircraft by being out of date.

The Safety of Flight information on the back cover has V-Speed and Performance data and our exclusive Electric Load Chart. This serves as an excellent way to "shake out the cobwebs" for essential flight data. After all, how many of your members know the amp hour rating of the battery or what the amp rating of the alternator / generator is in the club aircraft? This may also reduce your insurance risk!
